Highlighted: what this workflow needs — on the plate / needed; dashed: would do as well (a reagent may be in any container the modules take). Every workflow starts from a library (a holder you made one: select it on the plate, tick library) and ends in one. Containers have no AprilTag, so the arm finds a container only through what holds it: every container — reagent, intermediate or product — stands in a library (or on a module seat) whose holder has an AprilTag. Each reagent stays in its container and goes back there; each working container goes at the end to a library or to the trash beaker (a beaker on the plate, in a holder, that stands in for no workflow container). No reagent of the SOP may be left out.

The harness tables (2026-10-29). Each one is a bench frame of its own: what stands on it is placed in its frame (x right, y away from its front edge). The first table is the world frame; every other table is placed from it — x / y = its front-left corner, rotation counter-clockwise from above, height = its top above the floor. Drop an item on a table to put it there; the wheeled humanoid and a RAIL stand on the floor. An orchestrator on a table serves that table, the wheeled humanoid serves every table, a RAIL links the tables whose rail connector docks on its line (Worksteps tab).

Every workstep with the module that does it: the arm takes each container out of its library to the module, the module works (the Weighing Bunny doses the quantity), the containers go back — or to where they end (Chemicals). Uses the set-up sent to the Digital twin.

Demo

Install on Bunny: the arm takes the 20-400 dispenser head with its vial out of slot 1 of its holder and puts it on the Bunny's platform mount — the point tag 3 is exact for — lets go gently, backs out and goes home. Open the Bunny's windshield before starting. Transfer: the same move in the twin only, opening the housing itself.

Install and weigh: the same install, then the Bunny closes its windshield, lowers the platform, tares and weighs 1 g of NaCl, lifts the platform and opens again. The head stays on the Bunny.

Beaker to the hot plate: the click puts the 50 mL beaker on the Bunny's pan and a hot plate 5 cm in front of the bench's back edge, 18 cm left of its right edge (when there is none), then the arm takes the beaker off the pan and puts it on the hot plate's top plate, turned any way.

Head, dose, beaker: the same set-up (the beaker on the Bunny's pan, the hot plate), then the dispenser head from slot 1 onto the Bunny, the Bunny weighs 0.1 g of NaCl (powder 9618329212) into the beaker, and the beaker goes onto the hot plate. The head stays on the Bunny.
